Coffee Liqueur
From “Any Way You Measure – Creative Cookery”
- 1 quart vodka
- 7 cups sugar
- 2 ounces instant coffee
- 2 vanilla beans
- 4 cups boiling water
Dissolve coffee in one cup boiling water. Dissolve sugar in 3 cups boiling water. Pour these solutions and vodka into large jar. Chop vanilla beans and add to jar. Stir. Stir every other day for a month. Yield: approx. ½ gallon.
