Mary Ellen Doden has
experienced and understands life changes, relocation and the stress
involved in moving. A native of Illinois, Mary attended college in
Minnesota, and lived in Kansas, Oregon, and the Monterey Bay area of
northern California.
Three years ago Mary discovered the
central gulf beaches area and decided to make it her home. She says the decision
was easy, given the “fabulous environment, affordability, friendliness of the
people, and distinctive gulf beach communities.” Mary chose a home in Belleair
Beach and lives there with her two dogs, a bichon frisee named “Beau” and her
young Maltese, “Paddy.”
Mary is a full-time, full-service
realtor who believes a real estate transaction is a major financial decision
that should be handled professionally, confidentially and as stress-free as
possible. “Negotiations are essential,” Mary says, “but it must be remembered
that there is no transaction without mutual agreement between the parties.”
She says she is meeting lots of women
who are experiencing life transitions and changes such as divorce and widowhood,
and who often feel confused about their decisions. Mary feels that her extensive
business background, negotiating skills and life experience add a deeper
dimension to what she has to offer clients.
Mary also believes in giving back to
the community and is involved in “Sunshine Kids,” “Homes for the Holidays,” and
several other charitable causes.
